As part of our quality control process, we recently initiated a process whereby a Customer Satisfaction Survey is sent to all our clients within two weeks of the event being held. In that survey we ask our clients for an honest assessment of our performance; what we did that they liked and what we did that they didn't like. The survey is used as part of our ongoing committment to better ourselves; as part of our ongoing committment to you, the customer and this industry.
